California Resilience Roadmap

The California Resilience Roadmap is the California Department of Public Health four stage plan for reopening California, protecting public health and safety while allowing business & services to resume.

CURRENT STAGE: Stage 2 with Approved County Variance

Schools Personal services such as nail salons, tattoo parlors, body waxing
Day Camps Indoor playgrounds such as bounce centers, ball pits and laser tag
Casinos Operated by Sovereign Tribal Nations Live theater
Music, Film and Television Production Saunas and steam rooms
Professional Sports without Live Audiences Nightclubs
Campgrounds, RV Parks, and Outdoor Recreation Concert venues
Hotels (for tourism and individual travel) Festivals
Cardrooms, Satellite Wagering Facilities, and Racetracks Theme Parks
Movie Theaters and Family Entertainment Centers Higher Education
Restaurants, Bars, and Wineries
Gyms and Fitness Centers
Museums, Galleries, Zoos, and Aquariums
Curb-side retail
Manufacturers
Logistics
Office-based businesses (telework remains strongly encouraged)
Select services: car washes, pet grooming and landscape gardening
Destination retail (retail stores), including shopping malls and swap meets
Hair Salons & Barbershops
Places of Worship
