The Health Services Agency (HSA) consists of a network of outpatient medical primary care clinics
and services, and the Public Health Services Division, located in Stanislaus County, California, about 90 miles east of San Francisco.
The HSA is operated by Stanislaus County, serving close to 500,000 patients and community residents each year.
The HSA holds strongly to its vision of "leading the way to a healthy community" by developing its services with the community,
in ways that support community needs. |

The HSA Services Include:
- Six primary care medical offices located throughout Stanislaus County, in Modesto, Turlock, Ceres, and Hughson
- Urgent Care/After Hours clinic
- Specialty Clinics
- Pharmacy and Rehab
- Public Health Clinics
- Public Health Nursing Programs
- Communicable Disease Reporting and Control
- The Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) Nutrition Program
- California Children’s Services
- Maternal, Child, and Adolescent Health and Prevention Programs
- Indigent Health Care Program
- Managed Care for Medi-Cal patients, in partnership with Blue
