Phoebe Leung, Associate Administrator of the Stanislaus County Health Services Agency, was recently named to the Advisory Board of the Nutrition and Fitness Policy Action Council. The Council is a committee of the California Elected Women's Association for Education and Research. She is now responsible for providing oversight for policy recommendations and strategy statements for the Council. She is also assisting with strategy development for the implementation of project recommendations.
