HEALTH SERVICES: John Schaper has been named the new assistant director
of ambulatory services for the Stanislaus County Health Services Agency.
He joined the agency last week. His responsibilities include management
of radiology, laboratory, pharmacy and rehabilitation services.
The county Health Services Agency is an outpatient medical system with
nine offices.
