Robert Wilkinson has been named Chief Financial Officer for the Stanislaus County Health Services Agency. He comes to the HSA with significant healthcare administrative experience and a background in financial reporting, physician practice management, strategic planning, insurance contracting and business planning. Wilkinson is a Certified Medical Practice Executive.
