Associate Administrator Phoebe Leung has been named to the advisory board of the statewide Nutrition and Fitness Policy Action Council.

Robert Wilkinson has been named chief financial officer. He comes to the agency with a background in financial reporting, physician practice management, healthcare planning and insurance contracting.
