The Stanislaus County Health Services Agency will host free classes to help people stop smoking beginning Sept. 7 at the McHenry Medical Office, 2501 McHenry Ave., Suite E, Modesto.

Set for 6:30 to 8 p.m., the Freedom From Smoking classes will continue for seven weeks. They will be conducted by the Health Services Agency's Tobacco Education Program.
