A west Modesto complex housing a health clinic and other county services is expected to be completed in mid-March. An opening date has not been set for the $5 million building, located west of the intersection of Paradise Road and Martin Luther King Drive. Joan Donlon will manage the Paradise Medical Office, which will be part of the complex. She is moving from the Family Practice Center on Scenic Drive. West Modesto residents have long wanted easy access to medical appointments and other services. The complex has not been named.
