There is a free service in Stanislaus County to help people 55 and older stay healthy.

The program offers free health screenings and counseling to seniors who live in the county. Workers can help seniors identify health problems, learn about preventive health care and find health care services.

To make an appointment, call the Public Health division of the county Health Services Agency at 558-7400.
