Bruce Frohman's March 22 letter to the editor ("Health care will
be priority," Page B-9) puts Frohman in the news again, running for
the District 3 seat on the Stanislaus County Board of Supervisors. He
begins by tearing up Stanislaus County's Health Services Agency and promising
to make health issues a priority, once elected, of course. His statement
"Without health, one cannot have a good quality of life" is
very profound. I guess it takes a government career employee to figure
that one out.
