It is tragic that a young life was cut short; that any life is cut short because of overcrowded ERs. I would like to encourage nonmedical emergency patients to seek help through the wonderful services provided by the Health Services Agency.

Most of the clinics are modern, up-to-date facilities and each of the clinics' doctors, nurses and staff are caring, wonderful professionals! Nonemergency patients can receive better care in this environment and it allows those with emergencies and ERs to work more efficiently.
