The bad news about norovirus: frequent vomiting, diarrhea, headache and it's highly contagious.
The good news: It's over in one or two days.

Noroviruses, which cause a gastrointestinal illness, swept through 13senior citizen facilities in Stanislaus County last spring, and health officials continue to hear reports of people with the ugly symptoms.
