Wilkinson comes to the HSA with significant healthcare administrative experience and a background in financial reporting, physician practice management, strategic planning, insurance contracting and business planning. Wilkinson has a Masters in Business Administration and is a Certified Medical Practice Executive (CMPE) through the Medical Group Management Association.

Wilkinson assumed his role with the HSA at the beginning of November.
