COUNTY – Volunteer Services of the Stanislaus County Health
Services Agency (HSA) recently make a large financial contribution for new
equipment to be used throughout the agenc.
The $27,475 donation will be used for a radiology machine for the Medical
Arts Building, four new wheelchairs: two for the Family Practice Center,
one for the Urgent Care Care, and one for use in the 830 Scenic building.
The Volunteers also donated funds for a digitial camera for the Marketing
and Public Relations Department and funds to help develop the HSA website.
Volunteer Services generate funds through operation of the HSA Gift Shop
at 830 Scenic Drive in Modesto.
The Stanislaus County Health Services Agency (HSA) is an outpatient medical
system with 9 medical offices located throughout Stanislaus County. The
HSA operates the Public Health Department, an Urgent Care Center and multiple
programs serving over 400,000 patients and clients each year in Stanislaus
County. The HSA also is in local partnerships for the MOMobile project
and the Stanislaus Family Practice Residency Program. The HSA has extensive
