  HSA Foundation Announces Scholarship Winner
   
 
   
  Stanislaus County – The Health Services Agency Foundation has announced Oakdale High School graduating senior Brandi Chock is the recipient of the Teddie Hartman Academic Scholarship for 2001.

The Teddie Hartman Academic Scholarship is an annual $1000 award named for former Health Services Agency employee and past HSA Foundation board member Teddie Hartman.
