Preventive Health Care for the Aging |

Preventive
Health Care for the Aging offers free health screening and counseling to
seniors in Stanislaus County who are 55 years and older. The program can
help seniors identify health problems early, get vision and hearing screenings
and learn more about preventive healthcare. For more information or to make
