	Charity golf tournament to support healthcare for the underserved in Stanislaus County



	Stanislaus County – The Health Services Agency Foundation of Stanislaus County is pleased to announce its partnership with O’Brien’s Market to present the 17th annual O’Brien’s Market FORE HSA! Charity Classic golf tournament. The golf classic will take place on Monday, April 11, 2005 at Del Rio Country Club in Modesto. Registration will include lunch, dinner, tee prizes and beverages on the course. Individual registration is $225 and corporate sponsorships are available. Reservations can be made by calling (209) 558-5858. Registration deadline is March 25, 2005. Money raised will be used by the HSA Foundation to support a dental sealant program designed to preserve the teeth of young children in the county.
