Stanislaus
County – The Stanislaus County West Nile Task Force is calling
a news conference at 1:30 p.m. today, August 12, 2005 at the East Side Mosquito
Abatement District to announcement a significant development in the fight
against West Nile virus in Stanislaus County.
The announcement will be about a planned spraying effort to begin in
the near future. This announcement is embargoed until the 1:30 p.m. news
conference.
